Soft little piece of lilac-tinged frosted sea glass adorned with imitation pearl charm. Silver-plate jump ring, soldered shut.

* I used a silverplate bail because sterling has a higher melting point and sometimes that cracks glass. Also, when you pick up a piece of just-heated sterling between your thumb and pointer finger, be prepared to subsequently hold a piece of ice between those same digits for, oh, about 12 hours. Continually.
